Dr Kristy Goodwin is a neuro-performance scientist with a PhD in neuroscience and technology, 20 years of research experience, and over 1500 presentations to leadership teams across the globe.

Here is how Amplified works.

  • Recalibrate the system.

    Over 12 weeks, Dr Kristy delivers six live group coaching sessions with up to 10 participants. Each session integrates real biometric data from your team's WHOOP devices with neuroscience-based coaching protocols. Sessions address the specific patterns your data reveals: where energy is being lost, where stress is compounding, where recovery is insufficient, and how to build the biological foundations for sustainable peak-performance.

Biometric data in Amplified is individual, confidential, and never shared with the organisation. Dr Kristy works directly with each participant on their own data. Any aggregated insights shared with the organisation are fully de-identified and participant-approved.

WHOOP is a wearable health platform used by elite athletes and military operators worldwide. Participation in data sharing is voluntary. Participants choose what they share and with whom.

The goal is never surveillance. It is self-knowledge. When people understand their own biology, they make better decisions about how they work, recover, and lead. That knowledge stays with them long after the program ends.
