In this immersive, neuroscience-based workshop, Dr Kristy Goodwin shows teams how to work with their biology, not against it. Participants don’t just learn the science of sustainable peak-performance they experience it firsthand through practical, brain-based protocols that regulate stress, restore energy and sharpen focus in real time.
This is not a wellbeing session. It’s performance architecture for the Human Operating System™ (hOS).
Participants don’t just hear the science, they will experience and feel it. Depending on location and format, the session includes practical protocols such as breathwork, movement, non-sleep deep rest (NSDR), cold exposure and focus-reset techniques. Each protocol is framed through a performance lens, explaining why it works neurobiologically and how to apply it during real workdays, between meetings and before high-stakes moments.
This is an embodied experience, not a workshop.

- Identify their personal stress and energy signals before depletion (or burnout) sets in
- Reduce micro-stressors that silently accumulate across the workday and learn how to use stress as a performance enhancer when regulated (and recognise when it becomes a driver of exhaustion)
- Apply science-backed micro-habits to regulate the nervous system in real time and sustain their energy
- Design recovery into the workday, rather than relying on weekends or holidays
