Inside a Spacious Success Day

Come behind the scenes with me to see how I use real-time biometric data to make micro-decisions that optimise energy, sharpen focus and expand capacity… without tipping into stress, exhaustion or burnout. This is a data-driven, calm-powered day in the life of a high-performing woman living the Spacious Success way.

5:00 AM

Wake Up, Work, Workout

My day starts early. I'm a Lion chronotype, naturally wired to rise with the sun. Before checking emails, I check in with myself and my WHOOP metrics. My recovery score, sleep quality, and HRV help me decide: Am I powered up, powered down, or in the loading zone today?

If I’m green-lit, I get moving: light journaling, deep work, then I hit the gym and some morning sunlight (to activate my hypothalamus put me in a focused state and help with my melatonin, sleep hormone, production 12-14 hours later on). If I’m in the red, I triage the day to protect my energy for what matters most. Some days it’s a cuppa in bed and other days it’s a work sprint and a gym workout.

Stress Monitor: School Drop-Offs & Sunlight

Three boys. One dog. Multiple school drop-offs. Real talk: this hour could hijack my nervous system if I’m not intentional. So I breathe. Exhale-emphasised breaths and sunlight signal safety to my brain and regulate my stress in real time. A few strategic sighs keep me in my power zone before the next part of my day

Deliver Keynote

I need to show up sharp, energised and calm to speak on-stage. But high output needs intentional recovery. After I present and mingle, I power down and manage my stress in the Uber with NSDR (non-sleep deep rest) or slow breathwork, especially if I want to sustain performance across the whole day.

Deep Work & Virtual Meetings

Back-to-back Zooms and digital deep work fatigue my brain fast. That’s not weakness, it’s biology. My occipital lobe gets overloaded, and stress starts to climb. I work in sprints of no more than 90-minutes at a time (because of our ultradian rhythm). I walk down to school pick-up with the dog, and shift focus with eye breaks and movement. My data confirms: small resets = major gains in focus and stamina.

5:00 PM

Pockets of Downtime

Stress isn't always dramatic: it's often cumulative. My data shows spikes at this time of day if I don't decompress. A walk, breathwork, beach view or music resets my system. And when I'm unsure what to do, I ask the built-in AI coach: What will help me hit my ideal Strain target tonight?

Wind Down

Performance isn’t just about output: it’s about recovery. Most nights: I have a sauna with my husband, shower (to drop my body temperature to help me fall asleep), read and set my intentions for tomorrow. My wearable confirms what I feel: better wind-down = deeper, more restorative sleep. Predictable rhythms create a nervous system that feels safe.

11:00 PM

Sleep & Passive Tracking

While I sleep, my wearable keeps working. It tracks not just sleep duration, but the quality of my sleep too (did I get enough restorative sleep? Is my sleep consistent? I can see trends- when my daytime stress is high, my sleep quality and HRV decline. This is where I gather the most honest data. Because sleep doesn’t just affect performance: it dictates it.

A Real Day. Informed by Real Data. Designed for Real Women.

I don’t get it perfect. There are days I wake with low recovery, poor sleep, or high strain. But this data lets me adapt, recover and lead myself gently.
That’s Spacious Success.
