What you'll get:

• Pre-program questionnaire and diagnostic assessments for all participants so we can hit the ground running on our calls and maximise the time spent together.
• Pre-and post-program assessment data using WHOOP data and standardised diagnostic tools Dr Kristy will help you to identify the pillar/s of priority. Track your before and after data on a Performance Dashboard.
• Program participants will be sent their WHOOP strap upon purchasing the program.  Please ensure you include your postal address (NO PO Boxes) - this is where your WHOOP strap will be sent.
• 6 x modules that underpin powered-up performance including science of habits, sleep, recovery, focus, stress tolerance and a roadmap for sustained success. These will be delivered in a membership portal for program participants to consume in your own time. All modules will also be available as a private podcast if you prefer to listen.
• 6 months access to monthly Live Coaching Calls with Dr Kristy Goodwin and if you can't attend live you will be able to pre-submit your questions and watch or listen to the recording when it suits you best.
• Performance Playbook- you’ll have access to an interactive PDF eBook with worksheets and tasks for you to complete with each module. See tangible evidence of your improved metrics with a Performance Dashboard.
• A customised Master Power-Up Plan that includes actionable micro-habits to boost your performance. You’ll create your own Master Power-Up Plan to amplify your performance and support your wellbeing. This plan will be based on the data gleaned from the pre-program questionnaire, any assessment data collected and your own WHOOP baseline data.
