My coaching sits at the intersection of neuroscience, technology and performance. It’s grounded in how your brain and body are biologically designed to function and flourish. I call this your Human Operating System (hOS). not hustle, guesswork or pushing harder.
I integrate wearable device data (including WHOOP bands) to remove trial-and-error and support smarter, faster decisions about effort, recovery and focus. No throwing spaghetti at the wall. We use objective biological feedback to guide action and make data-driven performance and wellbeing decisions to drive sustainable and smart success.
